In a bank in digital transformation, Opus was hired to develop its digital channel for selling personal loans.
Aiming at creating a pleasant experience for users, the bank decided to conduct the loan application process through a friendly conversational interface as a sales assistant.
A PWA (Progressive Web App) was developed with the purpose to target web and mobile users with a single application.
Using agile methods, Opus team was able to develop an application in a short term (4 months), including all backend integrations.
The platform currently processes thousands of proposals per month, significantly leveraging the bank’s results, helping to support its digital transformation process.
